the hotel was clean. decor was visably appealing and interesting. all staff members were nice and eager to help. the location is a perfect distance away from the city center. it is close to the beach, but within walking distance to many great eateries and shopping areas.

the drains smell in the shower and toilettries could have been of a higher quality.

amazing stay with really good service

efficient staff delicious breakfast really good hospitality

the staff updated my reservation promptly when i made a date mistake. i greatly enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning that included pastries and tropical fruits. lyn and cat at the club lounge were friendly and gave me great service. i can't thank them enough.

I noticed the sound from the rooftop nightclub. the noise could affect sleep for light sleepers in nearby rooms. I recommend soundproofing or earlier closing times.

I appreciated the hotel's modern design. The rooftop pool offered great city views. The location was convenient, across from CentralMarina mall and near the beach. Access to the private lounge with free breakfast and cocktail hour was an excellent perk.

The hotel could improve its dust cleaning in the rooms.

old furniture needed work

the staff were really great.

the room looked old and tired, it really needed some work done. the furniture was like it was falling apart and it made the whole place seem less clean than it probably was. i think the hotel should do more to keep it updated.

convenient location great night life amazing pools breakfast schedule

The location its my first choice! So convenient for the T21 shopping mall, 7-Eleven, beach and Starbucks. Night Life is also great, so close to Differ, Hollywood and Impact Club! The breakfast is finish at 12pm. Facilities include 2 pool areas plus a gym. The pools were amazing!

The hotel are old and furniture damaged. It don't deserve a quarter the price of the room there are better options and a lower price
